Export policy of De-Oiled Rice Bran is amended from ‘Free’ to ‘Prohibited’ with immediate effect till November 30, 2023

The DGFT vide Notification No. 21/2023 dated July 28, 2023 amended the Export policy of De-Oiled Rice Bran from ‘Free’ to ‘Prohibited’ with immediate effect upto November 30, 2023.

In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read with section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, the Central Government hereby makes following amendment in Chapter 23 of the Schedule -2 of ITC HS export policy related to export policy of De-Oiled Rice Bran:

However, export of De- Oiled Rice Bran under ITC HS code 2306 and under any other HS code is prohibited till November 30, 2023.

Effect of the Notification:

The export policy of De-Oiled Rice Bran is amended from ‘Free’ to ‘Prohibited’ with immediate effect upto November 30, 2023.
