The GST Council’s 48th meeting was held in Delhi on December 17, 2022 under the chairmanship of the Union Finance & Corporate Affairs Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman. The GST Council has inter-alia made the recommendation to regularise the intervening period starting from the date of issuance of Circular i.e. August 03, 2022, in respect of GST on ‘husk of pulses including chilka and concentrates including chuni/churi, khanda’ on “as is basis” on account of genuine doubts.
