The CBDT issued Notification Nos. 120 and 121/2025 dated July 22, 2025, notifies tax exemption under clause (46A) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, to “Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority” (PAN: AAALG1055F) and “Moradabad Development Authority” (PAN: AAJFM7731M).
