The Gujarat State and Commercial Tax Department vide Notification No. GSL/GST/Rule- 138 (14)/ B.8 dated February 3, 2018 has notified that, the Intra state E- way Rule has been Postponed till February 20, 2018 and will come into force from February 21, 2018.
During this period, No E-way bill will be required for the Intra- state movement of all goods.
