The Central Govt. amends Rule 11 of Goods and Services Tax Settlement of Funds Rules, 2017 to notify that at any point of time in any particular financial year, Govt. may, on recommendations of GST Council, provisionally settle any sum of IGST collected in that particular FY which has not been settled so far: Ministry of Finance Notification
