The Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs (“CBIC”) vide Notification No. 15/2020 – Central Tax dated March 23, 2020 has extended the due date for furnishing of annual return & reconciliation statement i.e. GSTR 9 & GSTR 9C for the financial year 2018-2019 till June 30, 2020.
