CBIC vide Notification No. 64/2020 dated August 31, 2020, which further extends the due date for filing of Form GSTR 4 i.e. Annual Return for the FY 2019-20 from August 31, 2020 to October 31, 2020.
Note: CBIC has amended Notification No. 21/2019 – CT dated April 23, 2019 to extend the due date for filing Form GSTR-4.
