The DGFT issued Public Notice No. 37/2015-2020 dated January 08, 2021, for enlistment of M/s All India Plastics Manufacturers Association, Gurugram under Appendix 2E of FTP 2015-2020 to issue Certificate of Origin (Non Preferential).
In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby authorizes M/S All India Plastics Manufacturers’ Association (North Zone), Gurugram to issue Certificate of Origin (Non Preferential).
Accordingly, name of the above agency is added at Serial No.4 (Haryana) of Appendix 2E [List of Agencies Authorized to issue Certificate of Origin (NonPreferential)] to Appendices & Aayat Niryat Forms of FTP 2015-2020.
