The CBIC vide Notification No. 26/2021-Customs (ADD), dated April 27, 2021 has imposed anti-dumping duty (“ADD”) on import of ‘1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-Pyrazolone’, originating in or exported from People’s Republic of China, and imported into India in order to remove injury to the domestic industry.
ADD shall be levied for a period of five years starting from the date of imposition of the provisional ADD, i.e., June 9, 2020, vide Notification No. 13/2020-Customs (ADD), dated the June 9, 2020 and shall be payable in Indian currency in a following manner:

Further, it has been provided that the ADD shall not be levied for the period commencing from the date of the lapse of the provisional ADD, i.e. December 9, 2020, upto April 26, 2021.
