The DGFT vide Notification No. 07/2015-2020 dated June 01, 2021 inserted following entry in Chapter 96 (i.e., Miscellaneous Manufactured Articles) of Schedule 2 of the ITC(HS) Export Policy, 2018:

Further, the provisions under Para 1.05 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20 regarding transitional arrangement shall not be applicable.
Effect:
The export of Amphotericin-B injections falling under the ITC(HS) Codes specified above or falling under any other HS Code is restricted, with immediate effect due to rising Black Fungus cases.
