The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) vide Notification No. G.S.R. 408(E) dated June 15, 2021 amended Notification No. G.S.R. 835(E), dated November 3, 2015 to make Shri Justice Shashi Kant Gupta, Judge (Retd.) of High Court of Allahabad as Chairperson of Appellate Authority under Section 22A of Chartered Accountants Act, 1949, Cost and Works Accountants Act, 1959 and Company Secretaries Act, 1980.
