The Department of Commerce under SEZ Division issued Circular vide No. K-43022/7/2020-SEZ dated June 29, 2021 for extension in the last date of filing QPRs/APRs by SEZ units/EOUs/Developers upto December 31, 2021.
I am directed to refer to this Department’s letter of even number dated May 07, 2021(copy enclosed) on the subject cited above and to state that in order to ensure ease of doing business during the Covid related hardships, this Department has further decided to extend the time period for filing APRs/QPRs by SEZ Units/Developers/EOUs upto December 31, 2021.
This issues with the approval of the competent authority for information and necessary compliance.
