The CBIC has issued Notification No. 49/2022-Customs dated September 08, 2022 to levy export duty on the export of Rice in husk, Brown Rice, semi-milled or wholly-milled rice, whether or not polished or glazed (other than Parboiled rice and Basmati rice) at rate of 20% w.e.f. September 09, 2022.
