The DGFT vide Public Notice No. 27/2023 dated August 14, 2023 has issued an amendment in details of an authorized agency under Appendix 2E of the Foreign Trade Policy (“FTP”), 2023.
In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), 2023, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes an amendment in details of the following agencies authorized to issue Certificate of Origin (Non Preferential) under Appendix 2E of the FTP, 2023 :
