The CBIC vide Notification No. 31/2021- Customs dated May 31, 2021 amended Notification No. 28/2021- Customs dated April 24, 2021 to:
- Exempt customs duty and health cess on import of Amphotericin B
- Extend the exemption from customs duty and health cess till August 31, 2021 which was previously exempted upto June 30, 2021 on Medical grade oxygen, oxygen therapy related equipment such as oxygen concentrators, cryogenic transport tanks, etc., COVID-19 vaccines and Amphotericin B
