The 50th Meeting of the GST Council was held on July 11, 2023 in New Delhi, under the chairpersonship of the Union Finance & Corporate Affairs Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman.
Proposed amendments are recommended for Rule 108(1) and Rule 109(1) of the CGST Rules, 2017. These amendments aim to allow for the manual filing of appeals in certain specified circumstances.
