The MCA issued a Notification vide G.S.R. 832(E) dated November 9, 2023, exercising powers under section 79 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008. The notification notified the Limited Liability Partnership (Significant Beneficial Owners) Rules, 2023, which come into effect upon their publication in the Official Gazette.
