The Office of the Commissioner of CGST, Mumbai West has issued Trade Notice No. 01/23-24 dated January 19, 2024 regarding the Shifting of the CGST & C. Ex, Mumbai West Commissionerate to its New Address effective January 22, 2024.
The move aims to enhance convenience for stakeholders and has been officially communicated by the authorities. The headquarters of CGST & Central Excise, Mumbai West Commissionerate, along with its division offices (Division I to V) currently situated at Mahavir Jain Vidyalaya, Juhu Lane, Andheri (West), Mumbai-400058, and other division offices (Division VI to X) located at Takshashila Building, Samant Estate, Goregaon (East), Mumbai-400063, are scheduled for relocation to a new address.
The transition to the new address, set to take effect from January 22, 2024, after noon, signifies a change in the operational base for the Commissionerate. The new address is the Office of the Commissioner CGST & C.Excise Mumbai West Commissionerate, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd., Administrative Building, (Wings 6D, 4A-D, 2A) Juhu Tara Road, Santacruz (West) Mumbai- 400054. Notably, the email address of the office remains unchanged and is gst-mumbaiwest@gov.in.
All communications intended for the CGST & Central Excise Mumbai West Commissionerate should be directed to the updated address provided above starting from January 22, 2024, after noon.
