The CBDT vide Notification No. 81/2023 dated September 25, 2023 has released the final notification to amend Rule 11UA of the Income Tax Rules, 1961 (“the IT Rules”). Earlier, the CBDT requested the stakeholders and the general public to provide suggestions/ comments on the draft Rule 11UA of the IT Rules that proposed five new valuation methods.
