The Central Board of Direct Taxes (“CBDT”) vide Notification No. 16/2024 dated January 24, 2024 notified the Income Tax Return (“ITR”) Form ITR-6 (For Companies other than companies claiming exemption under section 11) for the Assessment Year (“A.Y.”) 2024-25 with effect from April 01, 2024.
