The High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Amravati had issued Circular No. ROC. No. 420-CPC dated May 25, 2020, has decided to deploy E-filing software developed by the High Court for the convenience of the Learned Advocates and Party-in-Person with effect from 26-05-2020 in all the subordinate Court during the lockdown period in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
All the learned advocates and parties in person are requested to use the e-filing module which is available on the Official website of the High Court. The guidelines for the filing of cases through e-filing module has been provided in the “Detailed Instructions” in the first screen of the module. All the learned advocates are requested to go through the guidelines before using the e-filing module.
All the Unit Heads are directed to take necessary steps for receiving the cases filed through the e-filing software link which is made available in the Official website of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh for filing of the cases by the learned Advocates and Party-in-Person.
It is informed that the filing of cases during the lockdown period shall be only through e-filing with effect from 26-05-2020 and no other mode of filing shall be entertained.
All the Learned Advocates and party-in persons are requested to note that there is a helpline with number 14602 in case of any e-filing software related problems while filing of the cases through the e-filing module. Learned Advocates/Parties-in-Person may contact the Technical Staff members available in the helpline for any advice.
