The CBIC vide Notification No. 80/2023-Customs (N.T.) dated November 1, 2023, appoints the specific officers (listed in column 4 of a table) to assume the powers and responsibilities of other officers (listed in column 3 of the same table). These appointed officers will handle the adjudication of Show Cause Notices (mentioned in column 2 of the table) related to particular individuals or entities (mentioned in column 1 of the table) namely:-
