The CBIC issued a Letter vide F. No. 401/118/2016-Cus III(Pt.) dated April 04, 2025, urging all field formations to expedite export clearances, especially for goods heading to non-risky destinations, by April 9, 2025, due to holidays and weekends. Compliance is requested and this is approved by the competent authority.
The undersigned is directed to inform that all field formations are required to ensure faster clearance of Exports, particularly for goods bound to non-risky destinations till 9th April, 2025 in view of notified holidays and weekend.
You are requested to take necessary steps to ensure the same and bring the same to the notice of officers and staff working under your jurisdiction for compliance.
