The CBIC vide Notification No. 58/2023-Customs dated October 09, 2023, has notified the imposition of bilateral safeguard duties on imports of Korean Ferro Molybdenum. The main purpose of this action is to protect and strengthen the domestic industry. The safeguard duty will take effect from October 10, 2023.
