The CBIC vide Notification No. 23/2024 – Customs (N.T.) dated March 15, 2024 has issued amendments in its Notification No. 58/2021-Customs (N.T.), dated July 01, 2021 under sub-section (2) of Section 151B of the Customs Act, 1962 to notify Agreement or Arrangement on Cooperation and Mutual Administrative Assistance (CMAA) in Customs Matter of India and with other Countries.
In the said notification, in the TABLE, after S. No. 16 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely: –
