The DGFT vide Public Notice No. 29/2015-2020 dated October 12, 2022 extends the validity for the Export of Raw Sugar to the USA under the Tariff Rate Quota (“TRQ”) for the Fiscal Year 2022 from September 30, 2022 to December 31, 2022.
In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraphs 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby amends Public Notice No. 28/2015 20 dated October 14, 2021 read with Public Notice No. 07/2015-20 dated May 06, 2022 by extending the validity for Export of Raw Sugar to the USA under Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) from September 30, 2022 to December 31, 2022.
There will be no change in other terms and conditions of Public Notice No. 28/2015 20 dated October 14, 2021 read with Public Notice No. 07/2015-20 dated May 06, 2022.
Effect of this Public Notice:
The validity for the Export of Raw Sugar to the USA under the Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) has been extended from September 30, 2022 to December 31, 2022.
