The DGFT vide Public Notice No. 55/2015-2020 dated February 02, 2023 includes the nutraceutical products in the Jurisdiction of the Shellac & Forest Products Export Promotion Council (“SHEFEXIL”) in Appendix 2T of the Foreign Trade Policy (“FTP”) 2015-2020.
In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2015-2020, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments at Sl. No. 22 in Appendix 2T (List of Export Promotion Councils/Commodity Boards/Export Development Authorities) of the FTP 2015-2020, with immediate effect (changes made are in bold letters):
