The DGFT issued Notification No. 37/2024-25 dated October 23, 2024 regarding the requirement of Minimum Export Price (MEP) for the export of Non-Basmati White Rice under HS code 1006 30 90 has been lifted with immediate effect.
In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read with section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, read with Para 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, as amended time to time, the Central Government hereby, makes the following changes in Export Policy conditions under ITC (HS) Code 1006 30 90 under Chapter 10 of Schedule-II (Export Policy) of ITC (HS) 2022, as under: –
