Background:
Earlier the CBIC vide Notification No. 98/2021 – Customs (N.T.) dated December 16, 2021 (“the Exchange Rate Notification”), (as amended from time to time) as issued in suppression of Notification No. 96/2021-Customs (N.T.), dated December 02, 2021 to prescribed the rate of exchange of conversion of the foreign currencies equivalent to Indian rupees for certain Countries.
Notification:
The CBIC vide Notification No.106/2021 – Customs (N.T.) dated December 30, 2021 has issued amendments in the Exchange Rate Notification, in a following manner:
