MCA vide Notification having F. No. 01/04/2013-CL-V-Part-IV dated December 24, 2020 notified the Companies (Share Capital and Debentures) Second Amendment Rules, 2020, inter alia, amending Form No. SH-7 the Companies (Share Capital and Debentures) Rules, 2014 which pertains to the notice to the registrar of any alteration of share capital.
