The MCA vide General Circular no. 07/2022 dated June 29, 2022 provides relaxation in paying additional fees in case of delay in filing Form 11 (Annual Return) by Limited Liability Partnerships (“LLPs”) up to July 15, 2022.
In continuation of MCA General Circular no. 04/2022 dated May 27, 2022 on the captioned subject, it has been decided to further extend the timeline and allow LLPs to file e-Form 11 (Annual Return) for the Financial Year 2021–2022 without paying additional fees up to July 15, 2022.
