The MCA issued a Notification vide G.S.R. 801(E) dated October 27, 2023, amending the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, under the authority of the Companies Act, 2013. These amendments are titled the Companies (Management and Administration) Second Amendment Rules, 2023, and will become effective upon publication in the Official Gazette.
