The MCA issued a Notification vide G.S.R. 802(E) dated October 27, 2023, amending the Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Rules, 2014, in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013. The new rules, titled Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Second Amendment Rules, 2023, will become effective upon publication in the Official Gazette.
