Further, export of Injection Remdesivir and Remdesivir API against Advance Authorizations issued under Chapter 4 of Foreign Trade Policy/Handbook of Procedures shall not require separate export authorisation or permission.
Effect:
The export of Injection Remdesivir and Remdesivir API falling under above ITC HS Codes or any other HS Code has been restricted with immediate effect and export of the same against Advance Authorizations will not require separate export authorisation or permission.
