As the date of applicability of the GST amendment Acts, 2018 is already decided in 31st GST council meeting. Now, The Central Board of Indirect taxes & Customs (“CBIC”) has issued a Notification No. 01/2019 – Integrated Tax dated January 29, 2019 has appoints the February 01, 2019 as the date on which the all the GST Amendment Acts, 2018 shall come into force.
