As per the recent tweet of CNBC-TV18, the Finance Minister sources say an urgent meeting of GST Council’s Law Committee is being convened on November 18, 2020. Matters that’ll be discussed including the issue of GST fake invoice frauds, further tightening of the GST registration process & work out other legal measures w.r.t fake invoicing.
