Directorate General of Foreign Trade(DGFT) vide Public Notice No. 13/2015-2020 – dated- June 12, 2018 hereby makes the following amendments in the Appendix 3B of MEIS, issued earlier by this Directorate, and amended from time to time.
The following items are incorporated in the Appendix 3B, Table 2

These two MEIS SI Nos. are also added in the Annexure to the Public Notice 62 dated 16.02.2018 w.e.f. 01.07.2018. The benefits would be granted under MEIS only if the description of these export items in the Shipping Bill is as per the description in Table 2 to Appendix 3B.
Indian Mackerel (species Rastrelliger Kanagurta) exported under any HS Code in Chapter 03 of the ITC HS 2012 / 2017 is eligible for MEIS incentive at the rate of 5% (for exports during the period 01.04.2015 to 31.10.2017) and 7% (for exports during the period 01.11.2017 to 30.06.2018).
