The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has issued FAQs, dated April 29, 2021 on Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR”) in view of the recent significant changes in carrying out the CSR activities introduced vide the Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Amendment Rules, 2021.
