The CBIC vide Notification No. 51/2019 – Central Tax dated October 31, 2019 has further amended the N. No. 02/2017 – CT dated June 19, 2017, to substitute the words “Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir and Union territory of Ladakh” in Table II, of column (3), in serial number 51 of the aforesaid notification.
