The information in Form ITC-04, details of challans in respect of goods dispatched to, or received from a job worker or sent from one job worker to another, during a quarter need to be furnished on or before the twenty-fifth day of the month succeeding the quarter.
Accordingly, for the quarter January to March, 2018, the last date of furnishing Form ITC-04 is April 25, 2018. Kindly ensure the same.
