GSTN has released FAQs and User Manual regarding GST New Return Offline Tool (Beta). GST New Return Offline Tool (Beta) is a tool to facilitate the preparation of the Form GST ANX-1 and Form GST ANX-2 by the taxpayers. The Beta version of this offline tool has been provided to acquaint the taxpayers with its various functionalities/ features. The data uploaded by the taxpayer will be available on the GST Portal, however, data will be purged after some time. The GST New Return Offline Tool has been released now with limited functionalities ONLY for testing purpose and will be released for all the taxpayers with complete functionalities at a later date. New updates to the Offline tool will be added during the trial version as well.
