- GST Council Law Committee Proposes Extending Deadline To June 30 From March 31, 2020
- Law Panel Recos Increasing Min Threshold For Filing Of GSTR-9 & 9C To Rs 5 Cr & Above. No Late Fee For Those Who Have Already Filed Their Returns.
- Law Panel Says GSTN To Not Apply Late Fee For Returns Filed For 2017-18 & 2018-19 & For Reconciliation Filed For 2017-18 & 2018-19.
