The Goods and Services Tax Network (“GSTN”) has announced changes and enhancement to GST Helpdesk. There are few new services inter-alia include such as:-
(i) GST Helpdesk has become multi-lingual and now supports 12 languages.
(ii) Grievance Redressal Portal (GRP) has realigned with a contemporary look and feel.
(iii) GST Helpdesk shall be available 7 days a week from 9 am to 9 pm.
(iv) GST Helpdesk call-in number now Toll-Free1800 103 4786 (the Existing contact number will no longer be available to connect with GST Helpdesk).
