The portal, launched on May 9 and officially inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on June 1, is getting a good response, said Gadkari. The portal routes complaints by MSMEs grievance-wise to concerned branch, bureau, office heads under the MSME ministry to attend them within three days.

The portal also aims at helping MSMEs capture new opportunities, including manufacturing medical equipment and accessories, and identifying and encouraging the sparks: i.e. the potential MSMEs who are able to withstand the current situation and can become national and international champions.
